Olympus Male cost

Short answer

Olympus Male is a custom compounded blend of oxytocin, PT-141 (bremelanotide) and tadalafil, so its monthly price depends on how many doses you use, the strength of each ingredient and the compounding pharmacy. It costs more per dose than generic tadalafil alone. The extra cost makes sense mainly for men whose low desire or arousal sits alongside weaker erections. Ultimate Male quotes it before you book.

What sets the monthly price of Olympus Male?

The monthly price comes down to how many doses you use and what goes into each one. Olympus Male combines three active ingredients: tadalafil for blood flow, PT-141 (bremelanotide) for desire, and oxytocin, which is linked to closeness and arousal. Because it is compounded for you by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, the strength of each part is set by your provider rather than fixed by a manufacturer.

Ultimate Male does not publish a monthly price. Your quote reflects these factors:

Cost driver Why it changes the monthly total What to ask
Doses per month You pay for the doses in your supply How many doses does a month’s supply hold?
Strength of each ingredient Higher amounts of any component cost more to compound Which strengths am I starting on?
Compounding pharmacy Custom blends cost more to make than a mass-produced tablet Which pharmacy fills it, and how is it delivered?
Consultation and labs Needed before starting and when the plan changes Are labs included in my first-visit quote?
Follow-up Dose changes in the first months Is a follow-up visit priced separately?

How does Olympus Male compare with plain tadalafil on cost?

Plain generic tadalafil is the lower-cost option per dose, and for many men it is enough. Tadalafil is an FDA-approved, mass-produced generic, while Olympus Male adds two further ingredients and compounding, so each dose costs more. Our ED medication cost guide explains how tadalafil pricing works on its own.

What the extra money buys is a different target. Tadalafil helps blood flow once you are aroused, but it does not create desire. PT-141 acts on the brain rather than blood vessels. Its only FDA approval, as Vyleesi, is for premenopausal women with low sexual desire, and the Vyleesi label states it is not indicated for men, so its use in Olympus Male is off-label. Evidence for oxytocin’s sexual effects in men is thinner still; our article on oxytocin and sex research in men summarizes it.

The Olympus Male versus tadalafil comparison covers the evidence for each ingredient in depth.

Who is the extra cost worth it for?

The blend earns its higher price mainly for men whose problem is not only mechanical. That includes a man whose erections respond to tadalafil but who rarely feels like having sex, or one whose interest has faded along with erection quality.

Before paying more for desire support, it is worth ruling out causes that a blend will not fix. The American Urological Association guideline recommends measuring morning total testosterone in men with ED, and low desire can also come from depression, poor sleep, relationship strain or medicines such as some antidepressants. Our page on low libido in men walks through those causes, and blood tests for low libido shows what labs look for.

What safety factors affect whether it is right for you?

Safety screening can rule the blend out entirely, which matters before you budget for it. According to the Vyleesi label, bremelanotide causes a brief rise in blood pressure after each dose and should not be used with uncontrolled high blood pressure or known heart disease. In the women’s trials, nausea affected 40 percent of users, flushing 20 percent and headache 11 percent. Bremelanotide can also sharply reduce the effect of oral naltrexone.

Tadalafil brings its own rules, chiefly that it must never be combined with nitrates. The FDA also notes that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, so the agency does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before use; that is why the pharmacy source matters. More detail is on our PT-141 for men page.

Still unsure? Take the free assessment

Can I switch from Olympus Male back to plain tadalafil?
Yes. If the added ingredients are not making a difference you can feel, switching back to plain tadalafil is a reasonable way to lower your monthly cost. Your provider will help you decide based on how each has worked.
Does Olympus Male raise testosterone?
No. None of the three ingredients raises testosterone. If low desire comes from low testosterone, blood work shows it, and that becomes a separate treatment decision.
Is Olympus Male safe with blood pressure medicines?
It depends on the medicine and how well your blood pressure is controlled. Bremelanotide raises blood pressure briefly after each dose, and tadalafil interacts with some blood pressure drugs, so your provider reviews your full list first.
